Through these partner insurers, we offer you high-quality services for purchasing insurance and processing claims, allowing you to choose the insurance provider that best suits your needs.

When to Purchase Insurance:

• For cash buyers: Insurance can be purchased on the day of new car delivery or one day in advance.
• For loan customers: Insurance should be purchased according to the requirements of the financial institution. Your dedicated delivery specialist will notify you promptly regarding the vehicle insurance purchase to secure the disbursement schedule and ensure a smooth car pickup.

Insurance Effective Time:
The insurance effective time is divided into two options:

1. Effective immediately upon purchase.
2. Effective at midnight on the day following the purchase.
   The specific method of insurance effectiveness will be subject to local insurance regulatory requirements.

Policy Inquiry:

• Method 1: Independently check your electronic policy using the insurer's official app or WeChat public account.
• Method 2: Obtain the electronic policy directly from our service center.

Invoice Acquisition:

• For private-use vehicles: After purchasing insurance, the insurer will send you an electronic invoice via SMS or other means.
• For non-operational vehicles owned by enterprises (small-scale taxpayers): After purchasing insurance, the insurer will send you an electronic invoice (general invoice) via SMS or other means.
• For non-operational vehicles owned by enterprises (general taxpayers): After purchasing insurance, you are required to provide the insurer with a copy of your business license and billing information (VAT special invoice).
